CHIROPRACTIC
ADJUSTMENTS

Chiropractic treatment technique involves manual therapy, including manipulation of the spine, other joints, and soft tissues to treat disorders of the neuromusculoskeletal system. Price: $45 for a consultation and adjustment with a licensed chiropractor. Note: these appointments are held in the town of Grand Rapids, not at the resort. Transportation can be arranged.
ACCUPUNCTURE

Acupuncture treats patients by manipulating thin needles that have been inserted into acupuncture points in the skin. Stimulating these points can correct imbalances in the flow of qi through meridian channels. Price: $60 for a 30 minute therapy with a licensed acupuncturist​. A group acupuncture session is also available for a $20 fee. Signup at the front desk at check-in.
MASSAGE
​
Massage is the manipulating of superficial and deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue using various techniques, to enhance function, aid in the healing process, and promote relaxation and well-being. Massage techniques include deep tissue, acupressure and shiatsu. CranialSacral therapy and hot stone massage is available on select weeks. Price: varies from $35 for a 30 minutes session to $80 for a one hour session with a licensed therapist.

You may arrange a personal meeting with Kathy Vilendrer, Director of MHI, to discuss your personal health challenges. Kathy will work with you to develop a nutrition, supplement and lifestyle strategy tailored to address your specific needs. An action plan to follow at home along with educational handouts will be provided. Price: $80 for a 50 minute consultation.
